The BACK-UP PAL Vehicle Reversing Aid is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of One Year and Unlimited Mileage from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the system only. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the one year warranty period, BACK-UP PAL Inc. will repair or replace the defective system or component part, free of charge, upon Poron USA, Inc. receiving proof of original purchase. BACK-UP PAL Inc., will only perform warranty installations on the systems that were installed by BACK-UP PAL Inc. In the event the purchaser installed the system, the defective component part(s) will be replaced. Installation charges must be paid by the purchaser in the event purchaser desires BACK-UP PAL Inc. to perform installation of replacement part(s) that BACK-UP PAL Inc. did not install originally. To receive service under this warranty, see warranty card enclosed with your unit or contact BACK-UP PAL Inc.or the Retail Facility that you purchased your Vehicle Reversing Aid System from.

This warranty does not apply to defects caused by negligence, accident, unreasonable use, vandalism, modification, abuse, tampering or any other causes not related to a manufacturers defect in materials and/or workmanship.

The liability of BACK-UP PAL Inc. and it's Distributors is limited solely to the repair or replacement of this product. All liability for consequential damages, breach of any express or implied warranties including merchant ability of fitness for purpose, is expressly disclaimed. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary from State to State.

All prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. To receive service or a replacement part under this warranty, contact BACK-UP PAL Inc. at the Customer Service Center at (325) 653-5475 and request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Then mail the product, postage paid (Mail received by BACK-UP PAL Inc. with postage due will be returned to sender) with the authorization number and proof of purchase to:

RETURNS

Defective products will be accepted for full refund or credit only with prior AUTHORIZATION and receipt of BACK-UP PAL Inc. return AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

CREDIT FOR PRODUCTS

Credit for products will be issued upon receipt of product(s), NOT at the time of claim.

AUTHORIZED QUANTITY

Returned merchandise must not exceed authorized quantity

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

All returns must have all shipping / delivery charges PREPAID and NO C.O.D.'s will be accepted.

ISSUANCE OF CREDIT

Credit will be issued only AFTER merchandise is inspected and approved and will be based on Customer's cost for the product in question, less any cost for repair, refurbishing and/or repackaging.

BY THE CUSTOMER OR THE CUSTOMER'S RETAIL FACILITY FROM WHERE THE CUSTOMER PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT. PORON AND CCPA ENTERPRISES, INC. SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOST INCOME, LOST REVENUE OR LOST PROFIT. WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORSEEABLE OR NOT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES ARISE OUT OF A BREACH OF WARRANTY, A BREACH OF AGREEMENT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY.
